The exact scope changes by project. The decision gates do not: clarify, research, verify, agree, inspect and hand over.
Map the supplier market
Research covers manufacturers whose processes and scale fit the job. Candidates are screened before requests are normalized for comparison.
Verify the shortlist
We gather evidence against the project’s actual risks. Where documentary research is not enough, we define the next physical or specialist check.
Agree the operating baseline
Specification, samples, quality criteria, responsibilities, commercial terms and change controls are aligned before production.
Inspect before release
Production evidence and inspection findings are recorded against the agreed baseline. Exceptions lead to a documented correction or acceptance decision.
Handover and follow through
Shipment documents, route milestones and open responsibilities are assembled for a clean handoff. Post-delivery issues remain connected to the project record.
A practical boundary: BHDT coordinates sourcing and China-side operations. Legal, customs, certification and engineering decisions that require licensed or destination-specific specialists are confirmed with the appropriate experts.
